 Joey G. Halestorm ended before 11 too, a few days prior to lb. I think you're right about the sound ordinance. But isn't the place surrounded by woods? I heard some people complaining about the shirts, I think they're really and actually one of my favorite. The Used tank from the 2024 tour is my fav lol this was my first time seeing lb as well.
