 Bobby 'CullyRed' Cullinen Our Tahoe friend, Scott Johnson, bought front row seats fro the three of us. Both Blood, Sweat, & Tears and Three Dog Night gave lively performances with Harrah's outstanding sound system. The horns and vocals were well mixed for the large room. This was an unusual venue for a rock concert. it was like being at any typical fairgrounds, but there were no carnival rides, no flower show, no animals; just a lot of stoned people roaming around digging on the music!  Bobby 'CullyRed' Cullinen I always loved this band from their inception. They offered music from multiple genres. Steve Winwood was always thought to be a Black singer with his very bluesy voice. His vocal range was widely admired in music circles. Jim Capaldi also gave us his high energetic performance from beginning to end...outstanding performance overall....but the venue was extremely warm and humid that night....unusual for San Francisco!  Bobby 'CullyRed' Cullinen Wasn't sure what to expect, knowing that Dave Mason was in his seventies...He totally rocked the house. What's more....he played many of his original Traffic songs from their first two albums. What a Dave songwriter and performer. There is no doubt that he comes across as very youthful!  Cookie Took my Nephew Caelan to his first TAA gig and it was SICK !! Earth Caller were a big surprise, very cool but their vocals were a bit off that night. Silverstein was a first for me also, they did a very cool cover of Linkin Parks' "One Step Closer" which got the crowd pumping. The Amity crew were LIT, just going off from the opener which was Deaths Hand, followed by AMFAD, the Drag the Lake which was def. a crowd fav as we all sang every word.  Jason Helwig & Cheryl Taylor’s Concert Experience Unfortunately this concert was canceled because M shadows having difficulty with his voice. I believe he had some sort of sickness like upper respiratory sickness.. I’m just very very very glad that he got better and they’re still touring to this day.
