 spanishjohnny72 Serata strana e interlocutoria fin dall'inizio, con il gruppo di supporto degli Swim School, medíocre band scozzese capitanata dalla bionda Alice Johnson, tanto bella quanto afona, una sorta di Viola Valentino di Edimburgo. È stato poi il turno degli Inhaler, sui quali sospendo il giudizio fino alla pubblicazione del terzo album, da sempre spartiacque delle carriere musicali: se fossimo stati in un capannone di Hull nel 1984, avrei giurato di trovarmi di fronte agli Housemartins. Settantacinque minuti di canzonette senza pretese, suonate decisamente meglio dal vivo che sul disco, ma con un'accidia insolita per gente di vent'anni. Capisco che il babbo venisse da un contesto disagiato, in una Dublino che ancora risentiva del clima dei Troubles, mentre il pargolo si porterà le morosine a Dun Laghoaire con la Lamborghini, ma non si giustifica tanta mollezza. Voto 5.5 (6 con il miracolo di giugno per evitare l'esame a settembre), in attesa del terzo LP che ci dirà se i ragazzi decollano o rimangono lì come l'ovosodo che non va né su né giù. P.S.
