Gregory Linton Saw this one with Tom, we were seated fairly close and on the left Fripp side, he was close to the edge of the stage and out front, unlike more recent shows when he is in the back right. I remember us joking that we saw smoke coming off his fingers while he was playing, or were we joking? It was an incredible show. Flawless as usual. King Crimson Apr 06, 2021

Jim LaMar Great show. Traffic was outstanding. I had never seen or heard of John Martin before this concert; he was solo, playing an Ovation acoustic through a some new-at-the-time multiplexer-repeater that was really amazing. Paul Rogers is on my list of Top 5 Rock singers. Traffic / Free / John Martin Apr 04, 2021
Jim LaMar I was initially hired to do light show, but the promoter cancelled and gave me a backstage pass as a consolation prize. I borrowed my father's Nikon to shoot some pics, but had some trouble with first roll, so lost all the Fleetwood Mac shots. This was especially tragic because I had a few backstage candids and John McVie used the camera to take a couple shots of me with his wife Christine...  Jim LaMar Due to Freeway construction, access to Pepperland was difficult, required parking far from the venue and navigating a series of wooden walkways and tunnels to reach the entrance (but it was totally worth it). Steve Miller Band / Yogi Phlegm / Nazgul / Clover (CA) Apr 03, 2021
ACbyTesla I went to this concert. I do not remember the Beach Boys playing. It seems unlikely they were playing on this concert. Still, it was a long time ago. It was by far the longest concert I have ever attended. Jessie Colin Young opened and he was amazing. When CSNY came on stage, they were great too. They played as solo artists and as a group.  Mick A Price This was my first ever concert. Slade played an early gig, which we could hear as we were walking across the bridge from South Brisbane railway station. Had my platform shoes on, standing and stomping on the metal chairs... I think I may have stomped 3 of them to death. This concert doesn’t show up on the official Festival Hall site for some reason. The next night, ears still ringing, I went to Milton Tennis centre to see Elton John 😃. Slade Mar 29, 2021
