FBJones He did play at the Triton (no longer there), late summer of '75. Not sure this songlist is accurate or if this is for this venue. Jimmy Buffett Sep 02, 2025

fpatrickb A friend and I were visiting Fullerton and, midway during our 10-day stay, I sought to catch the show in Irvine, since I liked both bands and was already familiar with Queensryche. Totally loved the outdoor venue. My first show away from the Kansas City area! Accept / Queensrÿche / Keel Sep 02, 2025
fpatrickb Queensryche opened in support of its self-titled EP with a peek at initial tracks from The Warning. They were on-brand, playing complicated songs with tight dexterity. The sound was clear and clean, which I came to expect when seeing them live anywhere. They were dressed in very progressive outfits, but that helped frame their sound. TS was solid. Straight-ahead R&R, showing their experience playing the songs that made them famous. Anyone who watched will remember the extra "entertainment," courtesy of two dancers who dropped into the show from the nearby "club." As the song goes: "It's only Rock and Roll." Twisted Sister / Queensrÿche Sep 02, 2025
fpatrickb I could have sworn this show was moved to Kemper Arena, but either way, the band was very technically sound, so much so you could hear every minor nuance and all musicians from start to finish. The audio-visual program that accompanied the complete play-through of Operation Mindcrime was stellar. Ranks among my favorite live performances ever. Suicidal Tendencies / Queensrÿche Sep 02, 2025
fpatrickb A friend who had suite tickets invited me to join, since she knew I was a NIN fan. She knew Maynard, having met him long before he started A Perfect Circle, which was on its first larger-scale tour at the time in 2000. Nine Inch Nails / A Perfect Circle Sep 02, 2025
fpatrickb A friend and I decided to catch Dokken playing in a smaller venue, which allowed us to capture good photos well before the mobile phone era. As you can tell, this was George's yoked phase. Dokken Sep 01, 2025
