Blues-Lover Paul Thorn lots of new songs that are wonderful. Love his vibe and his stories. Always an amazing show. Our first time seeing Ruthie Foster and he band! What a treat. Amazing voice and great personality. Both bands were on point and very tight. Venue is one of our favorites and very well organized. Super cool vibe and low key. Love Rancho!  ThatChickFromMN The show that Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks played March 9, 2001 at Graceland in Seattle is missing. And they told me they just got robbed in Portland the night before, so the March 10th date for the Portland show has to be wrong! Stephen Malkmus And The Jicks Jul 27, 2025
damageINC This was one of the very first concerts I ever went to. I almost didn’t even make it bc I was broke and prob borrowed money from a friend or, begged my mom for a couple bucks. I’m so f glad I made it bc I’ve seen a LOT of concerts and for some reason, this performance, on this night, STILL remains one of my all time favorites!! I don’t know HOW in the hell I managed to hold onto some of my concert stubs, especially this one bc it was such a long time ago (for me anyway)!! I can’t remember a whole lot except I think I dressed like an idiot. That was all going to change after that! Ha ha. Bc I was very petite back then I managed to squeeze and plead my way closer to the front. For anyone that isn’t familiar with the layout, there is none! It’s a wide, open field and you know what that means!! Despite all the horrific things that happen at concerts now with no assigned seats, I don’t think there were any issues?? I was really young so if someone else had a very different experience, I apologize. This is my story. This is how I remember it. And it was FUCKING AWESOME!!! Guys were actually nice and not groping. I found someone with a cooler and before using it to get a great view, I reached in and found ice cold water. I started sprinkling people around me with it and hey, they were all loving it!! I made friends easily when I lived in Arizona. I’ve also lived in several states around the country and I can tell you that there really are some very cool people from Arizona. Some of my best and worst (nothing to do with my friends) memories were made in AZ. Back to my concert story…unreal. Could I have inhaled something inappropriate standing in the middle of that crowd? Possibly! lol Regardless of that, I think I had my wits about me enough to know that The Scorpions put on one helluva performance!! I looked back at one point and just saw a sea of people!! I couldn’t believe how many people were there!! And yeah, was there a helicopter hovering over all of us at one point? Maybe it was at Mötley Crüe, or I was trippin bc I swear I remember there being a helicopter there!! So I was wetting my hot and thirsty peeps all around me and having the time of my life!!! Incredible show, great memories, good vibes from all the people around me and my only regret (from that show) is being too broke to afford a T shirt. That was just something you HAD to have when you walked into school the next day LOL A badge of honor. Next level coolness that cannot be fully appreciated or understood by this generation. Well, perhaps? But there was something about rock concerts in the 80’s and 90’s that even this generation admits, was extraordinary!! And yes, it was.  Ashley Murray Icon. This man seems to have unlimited energy. He became emotional toward the end when somebody shouted something to him. Not sure what it was. He began to go on about his pain and anger with Nigerian and other African nations' politics. He apologized to the audience and explained he has a lot of pain from being a half white, half black child growing up in Nigeria and the challenges he faced Femi Kuti / Madame Gandhi Jul 26, 2025
