Reverb&Beer I was sitting 3rd row center. Halfway thru the show Beck says, "I'd like to welcome a friend here tonight." He played the opening riff from Whole Lotta Love - it was the loudest and most awesome guitar tone I've heard, before or since The follow spot lit up Jimmy Pagr, who was in the 2nd row, 3 sears away from me. I was 17 years old. This was a BIG deal! Jeff Beck May 22, 2025

Desertpirate BIG concert! It opened with Country Joe and the Fish, Golden Earring, R.E.O. Speedwagon then Doobie Bros. It was the day I was discharged from the Navy. Took a really cute Navy nurse. She had blonde curly hair and it was the first time we could date because of the whole enlisted/officer thing. I finally got to screw an officer! The Doobie Brothers May 21, 2025
Desertpirate Paid an exorbitant price for my ticket...$7.00!! I laugh now. Did a hit of windowpane acid, laid on my back in the middle of the coliseum floor directly under a giant mirror ball. They had (I think the first) 4 channel sound system. It was pretty awesome. Pink Floyd May 21, 2025
Desertpirate Cheap concert, paid $4.50 for the ticket. There was something wrong with the sound system and Ozzy was pissed. They only played a few songs, sounded like crap, and Ozzy walked out. Black Sabbath May 21, 2025
Desertpirate Paid $5.50 for my ticket at the Navy exchange box office. Went with a couple of my Navy buddies. Led Zeppelin May 21, 2025
