AllMusic has described him as among the most significant figures in early 1990s dance music, noting his role in bringing the genre to a wider mainstream audience in both the United States and the United Kingdom.

Anyone else see Moby on the Bush Moby campus tour April 24th 2000? Bush canceled and Moby played a small club for free. I can’t recall the venue or much else after someone crowdsurfed and injured my neck and head.
