After the group disbanded, Ford began a successful solo career, now spanning several decades. Her 1988 hit "Kiss Me Deadly" became an anthem of its era, while her soul-stirring duet with Ozzy Osbourne, "Close My Eyes Forever," showcased her versatility and became a chart-topping ballad.
