Martin Hizer	Gov’t Mule are all top musicians. Apart from the virtuoso guitar skills of Warren Haynes, Danny Louis is a superb keyboard player, Kevin Scott, formerly only a touring member, is now the full time bass player. Good move as he’s truly excellent! Matt Abts holds it all together on drums! So why only 4 out of 5 stars from me? They did a couple of tracks which although musically excellent, kind of sucked all the atmosphere out of the gig and left me a bit bored. Then again, maybe I was in a bad mood, as my beloved Spurs were losing to Chelsea? A big highlight, was Haynes and Co’s tribute to Bernie Marsden of Whitesnake, by playing‘Ain’t no love in the heart of the city’, the Bobby Bland track which was a huge hit for Whitesnake!
