Underage. Not quite 17. Right down the front. They left their mark on me.

I want to believe that I was a part of this show's setlist and helped the 11th song happen ;). The band asked the audience if we wanted to hear anything after "The Fitted Shirt." Being a long-time fan who dug into their catalog and loved their album "A Series of Sneaks," I shouted "METAL DETEKTOR!" as loud as I could, as much as I could. And since I was the only one really shouting that particular song four people back from the stage, they obliged (probably to shut me up haha) and played "Metal Detekor." I remember Jim Eno being super engaged with the audience, someone handing Britt Daniels a joint during "The Way We Get By" and The Clientele's amazing opening act (who were ahead of their audience's time/taste). Classic. Just a classic, amazing show to have been a part of with friends who were there to see both bands. Thank you!

Amazing show! Before they were arena size and after their small venue shows for "Parachutes." Killer shows with Ron Sexsmith, whom we hadn't heard of until the show and wowed us with "Heart's Desire" and "Gold in Them Hills." Prior to the show my friend and I tried to find Coldplay to interview them for our high school newspaper. By happenstance, we ran into Chris Martin as he was leaving a booth in the back! He was cordial and allowed us to ask him a couple of questions with two other members of the band. He mainly promoted Make Trade Fair, was anti-Bush, and was very kind and nice. After our dumb teenager questions he and the band signed our questions with our answers and went backstage. So friggin' awesome. Thanks for the memories!

Probably one of the most memorable and coolest concerts I've ever been to. I had emailed the former Elephant 6 band about an interview for our school newspaper prior to the show, to which they agreed. My friend and I showed up and the individual at merchandise told us to meet them across the street at the Goosetown Tavern. Bill Swan and Miles Kurosky were relaxing, drinking a beer before the show, and allowed us to ask a few questions before they went on which was super cool of them. Being two high school seniors looking to meet one of our favorite bands for our school newspaper, it was a dream come true and what's more, they were so cool about it. Once we entered we were told we had to sit up on the balcony away from the band because the lower level was for people 21+. We were bummed and because there weren't many people in the lower the band seemed a bit bummed. That didn't stop us from enjoying a great concert on their last tour promoting "Yoko" as their last album. Eventually, Miles invited everyone on the balcony (since there was a good number of us) to come down and get on stage with them while they performed "Silver Lining." I was able to sing with Miles and play the tambourine. I mean, come on...how awesome is that? Then the management of the Bluebird kicked Beulah off the stage and said they couldn't play the rest of their set because they brought us underage ones down stairs and on the stage. Which was punk as f*ck. Such an awesome time. Thanks, Beulah! You will forever be in my mind and heart for your music and this very memorable experience.

I don't think this is the concert I saw. I'm pretty sure i saw them at the ROCKINGHAM RACETRACK, but can't find proof.

I'm don't think this is the concert I saw. I think it was more in the summer. I know I was high in a stadium and this is the only stadium concert near me

Nate!
What moderator approved the change for this concert to be Sept 4, when so many people already added it to their archives when this was a listing for Sept 1? The whole listing is screwed up now with opening acts being changed, etc. There were 3 shows for SoFi, each should have their own page not edited or merged.
