spanishjohnny72 The reasonable doubt that has gripped us in recent weeks concerned the possibility of reproducing on stage, in a live concert, the refined sounds of the latest album, and I must admit that Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds amazed us once again, managing to create a literally overwhelming (and also deafening) wall of sound. The concert, ennobled by the presence of four gospel singers, immediately appeared less dark and more luminous than the last one at the Forum, leading us to wonder if a message of hope will finally emerge from this evening. The answer, of course, is 'no.' Part Messiah, part Beelzebub, Nick Cave – more than a creature fallen from the sky – reminds me of Rafael Alberti's angels, projections of our positive and (self)destructive urges. His presence on stage, swaying between heavenly melodies and infernal rhythms, serves to somatize and materialize our personal and collective crises, in a therapeutic effort whose unpredictable outcome we cannot know. We would need a Bad Seeds concert every week, because it helps us confront our anxieties, wonderfully represented on stage. Two hours and forty minutes of mystical spectacle. Top five: Jubilee Street The Mercy Seat Tupelo Long Dark Night O Wow o wow (how wonderful she is) P.S. The Wild God from the last photo was repeatedly invoked by me this morning when the alarm clock rang at 6:50. La risposta, ovviamente, è “no”. Top five: Jubilee Street The Mercy Seat Tupelo Long Dark Night O Wow o wow (how wonderful she is) P.S. Nick Cave / The Murder Capital Oct 21, 2024

ARESTUS …yeah I remember that clearly when, Linkin Park had no idea what just happened. Adema / Cypress Hill / Z-Trip / Linkin Park Oct 21, 2024
ARESTUS Holy shit! You’re the first person I’ve spoke to about that night, besides the 2 with me….i spoke to B-real, live on YouTube about that but he don’t remember anything. We were facing the stage and I remember seeing it fly down from top right of us, explode in the crowd, etc… and I remember the spotlight shining where it came from, nose bleed area. From what I remember was seeing Sen Dog, walking towards the light, holding fists like he was gonna kick some major ass, lol…..that’s bout all I can really remember, after all, Cypress Hill just jammed and I was stoned immaculate, lol. Home up, just google my name on instagram. I’d like to ask more about that. That was an unspoken insane blank moment in my life Adema / Cypress Hill / Z-Trip / Linkin Park Oct 21, 2024
