 Marty S I was also at the Johnny Cash WWVA show in Wheeling on July 6, 1968 which was held in a large music auditorium. Back then the audience could go back stage after show and meet the stars. It was at this time when I ended up sitting on Mama Maybelle’s lap as a little boy and got to meet a Johnny Cash and June Carter.  Joanne Carley I am now getting on in years.... however, now I listen to Danny Wright through alexa... I remember hearing Danny Wright in a retail gift ship in Granbury TX.. and have been a fan ever since.. I ave gone to two concerts of his, both of Fort Worth TX... This morning I asked Alexa to play Danny Wrght and she is right now.... Danny has his own unique style... He doesn't pound on the piano... He gently plays and makes the piano sing... straight from heaven... He has been a quieting voice in times laughter and tears... I have several cd's and he continues to be a part of my life... Me? I took 5 years of piano and my teacher who went to the Boston Concervatory of music told me to save my money and go sing....lol... Now at 73 living in Franklin NC, I still love listening to Danny Wright ... and will until I go home .... Thank you Danny for sharing your talent with each of us.... Danny Wright Aug 27, 2022
