 Ron Hunt Great show, sounded just like back in the day.Band actually formed not far from here in upstate NY.one of my favorite all time bands.Saw them for the first time at the Aragon Ballroom when I was stationed at Great Lakes in the winter of 1976.Tommy Bolan also played that night.  greghuntoon This was easily one of the best concerts I've ever been to. I was only 17, too, and year 2 for Lollapalooza. RATM, Ice Cube, Siouxie and the Banshees, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ministry, Lush, Jesus and the Mary Chain, and then the members of PJ and Soundgarden who made up Temple of the Dog came out and played a small set, too. When Ministry was on stage, I think Al probably drank 2 bottles of whiskey, and probably spit-sprayed another 2-3 bottles on the crowd. He easily went through 4 bottles, but a lot of it ended up on the orchestra/pit. Lollapalooza 1992 Feb 11, 2022
 bcreaux2112 My wife and I went with a guy and his wife that worked for Tabasco Co. and he got comp tickets because he was metting with Eddie Van Halen to give him a custom Tabasco guitar. The rest of us didn't get to meet him but we were backstage in the hall of the dressing rooms and the whole band passed by us. That was close enough for us. Van Halen / Collective Soul Feb 11, 2022
