JazzyBluesyRock The concert I mentioned would been in 1966. The Monkees Mar 24, 2022
JazzyBluesyRock I saw the Monkees in Cleveland OH, and was in the TV camera shot on the news at 11 PM that night in the crowd. This concert isn't listed. I was hoping to find both the date and the opening bands. The Monkees Mar 24, 2022
tooosmokey2c Oct 18th, 1981 at the Pershing Auditorium in Lincoln, Nebraska. This was before Def Leppard was even well known not even known at all in the U.S. They opened up for Blackfoot in Lincoln, Nebraska, at the Pershing Auditorium. Def Leppard was not on the ticket venue nor even listed or announced until the show was about to start. We had partied with Def Leppard the night before the concert filling the bathtub in the hotel with 10 cases of different kinds of beer & ice. Partied all night until about 6:00am the day of the concert. I will admit telling my friend Jim Bogensberger, Allan Douglas & Mark Brodkey that after Joe Elliott told us the name of his band was Def Leppard. That was the dumbest Name for a band that I've ever heard, and that they were going nowhere fast. I was wrong. A few months later they hit the top of the charts. And with egg on my face, my friend Jim said, "look who's #1 on the music chart", Yes, it was the infamous Def Leppard !! By David Salonis, and that's the story, well at least part of the story.  AngeeKV I lied, I can tell you nothing about this show because I was not there - it was there Feb 2012 - but I cannot figure out how to delete my original comment. Luke Bryan Mar 24, 2022
AngeeKV I can tell you nothing about this show other than I had no idea who he was (still don’t really) and I was in awe of how much bigger EVERYTHING looks on TV. Luke Bryan Mar 24, 2022

CherFlip (RANT BEGIN) BEST part of this concert: ALL of Kelsea's set with a special nod to "Half of MY Hometown" where Thomas Rhett joined her onstage to sing. WORST: That JB's security assassins threw us out for taking pictures with a "point and shoot" Samsung camera. I have been going to concerts for over 50 years and have NEVER been thrown out! Sorry Jonas Bros, you are NOT a fave of mine! (RANT OVER) Jonas Brothers / Kelsea Ballerini / Jordan McGraw / Thomas Rhett Mar 23, 2022
CherFlip I added a video from the Lady A pre-show experience. It was my daughters 26th birthday so during their Q&A I asked them (with Hunter Hayes) to sing Happy Birthday to her. One of the best bday gifts to date! Enjoy! Lady A (fka Lady Antebellum) / Hunter Hayes / Sam Hunt Mar 23, 2022
dan.stewart Probably the worst concert mix I have ever heard. For a small outdoor venue the volume was piercing. The Swell Season / Black Francis / Markéta Irglová and Glen Hansard Mar 23, 2022
