 jfjton "The Dish" was owned by Bill Bryson and was open from 1992 - 2000. There were often times many show each week, from local bands to national acts. At this time Bill can be found at The Florida Theater, and published a book "All of Us are Now" which is a collection of the polaroids that used to be on the wall behind the bar.
