Jason Worthley [show #71] Gwar's first time in Maine and it was great. I was completely covered in blood. It "WAS" a white t-shirt I was wearing. :) Gwar / Disarray / Ochlocracy Dec 05, 2023
Jason Worthley Tree opened up first and we were too late to see them. Drowning Pool was the headliner but because all the parking was full due to a basketball tournament at the Civic Center, we were forced to park in a parking garage. We had to leave at 10:40 pm (before Drowning Pool came on) in fear they might close the garage. Drowning went on to play live at WrestleMania 18 the very next day...  Jason Worthley A show I rath had not happened as it was to raise money for Rusty's nephew who tragically died at his own party when someone ran up to him and hugged him and they both went over the railing and he broke his neck. Sadly, Rusty would be joining him a little over 20 yrs later. Maniacal Dec 05, 2023
Jason Worthley HE ASYLUM SUCKS!!!!! We left before W.A.S.P even came on cause the Asylum was late and the sound sucked. I hate this place...(My next opportunity to see W.A.S.P is in 2023...and they cancelled.) W.A.S.P. / Mushroomhead / Dog Fashion Disco / Deafeye Dec 05, 2023

Jason Worthley Ran into Mudvayne out front while they were heading to their bus all wrapped up in blankets. It was cold that night. Mudvayne / Relative Ash / 6gig / Boiler Room Dec 05, 2023
Jason Worthley My cousin, Aric got kicked out cause he accidently hit the disco ball off the ceiling. And I had the keys to the car...in the middle of winter. And security wouldn't let him come get me. This place was notorious for having poor security. They were just bullies. Staind / Tree Dec 04, 2023
Jason Worthley We left shortly before Tree ended and ended up meeting The Clay People at the Burger King on the highway. Tree / Colepitz / The Clay People / Gangsta Bitch Barbie Dec 04, 2023

Jason Worthley What a freaking HOT day this was...but the show kicked ass! I got Rob Zombie's (and crew) autograph! I also got Fieldy and Ray Luzier's and was very disappointed about how much of an ass clown Fieldy turned out to be. Zombie was quite an entertaining set and Avenged Sevenfold was surprisingly great as well. They weren't originally on the card but since they were on tour and the day their new album came out they were not scheduled to play anywhere, they asked Mayhem if they could hop on to play and everyone said yes and even moved down so they could play third to last. Lots of pyrotechnics. Great set. In This Moment has a hot singer and actually had the crowd do a circle pit around her while singing at the sound stage. The dirtbikers were sick with their flips.  Jason Worthley Two in a row baby!!! Can never get sick of Korn. Basically the same set except this show they played "Brick in the Wall." as summer dies was pretty good, cute female bassist, but their mics weren't working for half of the first song. 2 Cents got the crowd moving once again. Dead Season rocked but their music wasn't working at first either. I think the Colisee's sound crew needs to get a hold on things, but it was cool watching them perform in a venue that big. The security was kinda in the way some of the time but they weren't all that bad. People were getting worn out towards the end of Korn's set...I lost a pound and a half though. :) Korn / Dead Season / 2 Cents / As Summer Dies Dec 04, 2023
Jason Worthley First show and it was 13 hrs long!!! Noon to 1am. Oh to be young again! I wish I had all the bands listed, but at least I got to see Death once and it was with the original singer, Chuck Muldener before he died. Inhuman Tour of the World/Death Fest '91 Dec 04, 2023
Jason Worthley Oh man, what a long day! Practically 11 hours standing by the front barricade so we can be frontside for Korn. Typically I hate going to "Fest's" because I hate to be confined to the venue ALL day and paying their outrages prices...so, I just starved myself all day. No biggy. The bands were great. I love checking out new bands. Joint Damage was one of my faves and coincidently ran into one of the singer's(Justin) on the floor and shook his hand. I know they love hearing from the fans. Jen and I ended up right next to another young couple at the barricade who just happened to be from the same area, and HE works security with a guy I work with. :) Small world. Him and I spent half the Korn set with our hands locked tightly on the rail on each side of our women and our feet braced on it as well leaning back against the constant waves and weight of the over-excited crowd. Korn was great...but why don't they play Faget anymore? :( Rock On! Fest Dec 04, 2023
Jason Worthley Holy shit!!! From beginning of Korn's set till the end it was flat out moshing and jumping around. It was GREAT!!! Mostly played their old hits too. 2 Cents got the place pumped. They were heavy, the drummer sang at first then a new drummer took over and he just sang. It was my second time seeing Prospect Hill (the first being Meadowbrook last year at the Rock On! Fest with Korn). These guys are really good, I'm surprised you don't hear more from them. Korn had a local band open for them on each leg of the tour. Great idea.
