Martin Delaney Enjoyed support band The Sweet Swing Serenaders set. Didn't all of the songs but was nice to be transported back in time with some swing tunes. Memorable ones were Walking After Midnight Walk Right Back. It's no surprise that The Vintage Explosion won 2025 Band of The Year (Boisdale Music Awards). They have the whole package - outstanding lead singer and a tight band who enhance the sound with backing vocals. It was quite a coup for Portobello Town Hall to get them and they have sold out The Queens Hall Edinburgh this month. I didn't count how many songs they got through in their 90 minute set but it was a heck of a lot. Standout tracks for me were: A Change Is Gonna Come Lucille Unchained Melody Lay In Your Arms Hot Dog Lay In Your Arms Rockin' Chair Only You Return To Sender Meat and Potatoes But all of the songs sounded great and so glad that we got to see them, the venues are only going to keep getting bigger for this band I would expect. Looks like they have their own songs as well as all the covers they do so yes, they have the whole package I'd say. The Vintage Explosion / The Sweet Swing Serenaders Nov 17, 2025

Martin Delaney Really enjoyed Natalie Imbruglia's set and knew more songs than I realised. She still sounds and looks great at 50! The Corrs were great as always, Sharon did not perform due to 'unforeseen circumstances'. Local musician Éadaoin Ní Mhaicín stood in for her at very short notice and did an amazing job in the circumstances! The Corrs Nov 17, 2025
Martin Delaney A wonderful trip down memory lane to the 80s as well as many great tunes covering their career to date. The addition of the Lexicon Sinfonia Orchestra added another dimension to the sound and really made it a special evening. We actually got The Look Of Love twice as they had ran out of songs when it came to encore time. The crowd didn't mind a bit and happily danced along to it for a second time. ABC Nov 17, 2025

Andrew Horton Simultaneously made me want to start playing guitar but also never touch a guitar again. Beautiful! José González Nov 17, 2025
Dale Hargis The concert sounded good, but mostly it sounded too good. There were A LOT of things coming through the speakers that weren't being performed on stage. Each band sounded like they had a full choir or background singers on stage (they didn't) and I'm pretty sure David Crowder wasn't actually singing his songs most of the night. Things just sounded too perfect all night long. David Crowder, Zach Williams, Matt Maher Nov 17, 2025

Jan Jille The D.A.M. Trilogy concert in Utrecht was part of their “Back to Berlin Tour 2025” and pays tribute to David Bowie’s iconic Berlin Trilogy albums: Low (1977), “Heroes” (1977), and Lodger (1979). Musicians: Carlos Alomar (guitar) and George Murray (bass), original members of Bowie’s legendary band from 1975–1980, joined by Kevin Armstrong (Tin Machine) and vocalist Cunio. This show is a celebration of Bowie’s experimental Berlin era with live renditions of classics like Sound & Vision, Boys Keep Swinging, and Heroes, plus rare gems. The D.A.M. Trilogy Nov 17, 2025
