Gregory Linton Two songs that standout above the rest, all of 2112!!! And Natural Science, which I always loved so much. They also play a lot of songs this show, Test For Echo I think is really under rated. Rush Mar 07, 2021
Gregory Linton We were not as close as last time but the shows are so large and the sound system so good that it doesn't really matter. Hearing all of Shine On You Crazy Diamond was awesome. David plays perfectly through out these shows, he is a top notch guitar player. Pink Floyd Mar 07, 2021
Sabrina Phillips Hill This show was not at the Pensacola Civic Center, it was at the Mobile Civic Center Stone Temple Pilots Mar 07, 2021
Gregory Linton It was funny to hear someone singing on a backing track for Time Stand Still, too bad Aimee couldn't tour with them. The video for Roll the Bones was great, I love how much attention to detail they put into the show. Mystic Rhythms had the veil of light at the front of the stage, never seen that before, in fact their light show was second only to Pink Floyd. It was great to hear part of Cygnus. It must be so hard to put together a setlist that covers old and new whey you have so much. Rush / Candlebox Mar 07, 2021
Gregory Linton This was the 2nd time I'd seen Metallica, and they were very tight. It seemed like Kirk Hammet soloed through the entire show, not a bad thing, he played all the songs perfectly but he just added a lot more to each. I was surprised to see how good James was on drums, I didn't even know he play the drums. It was such great mix of old and new music. Metallica Mar 07, 2021
Gregory Linton I don't remember seeing Vinnie Moore, I think we were a little late getting there. The ending of this show was very surprising, with a huge group of songs put together over several albums, always loved Red Barchetta. I did miss YYZ from the set but they sounded perfect. Rush / Vinnie Moore Mar 07, 2021
Matt K Won the 93.3 Not So Silent Night raffle of the autographed guitar Meese / The Academy Is... / Fall Out Boy Mar 07, 2021
Gregory Linton This was the 4th show of the year that I saw them. They played 3 days in a row at Philly but this time I could only go once. Every show I'd ever seen them I always expected Firebird Suite to start and it was strange when it didn't a some future shows. They are the best and my favorite by far. Yes Mar 07, 2021
Gregory Linton The Philly shows are always amazing to see, the audience loves them. Yes Mar 07, 2021
Gregory Linton The was the first time I saw them 2 nights in a row. They entered the stage through the crowd and the show was perfect. Loved how they had the solos and the duets. They all looked like they were having so much fun. Yes Mar 07, 2021
Partlo81 The playlist is wrong. The opening band Saber Tooth Tiger couldn't make it through customs (Canada), so Beck played Morning Phase (before winning a Grammy for album of the year). The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger / Beck Mar 07, 2021

Gregory Linton I had know that Rush sound system is quite powerful and that depending on the size of the place they can easily crank it up, they have always valued quality over sound volume, but this show who ever was at the controls decided that this arena could take a lot more power, their average is 65,000 watts but can crank it to 420,000, not sure how high it was turned up this night but in the beginning of Xanadu, my shirt and hair were vibrating, it was the best experience, plus we were fairly close. Never forget that show! Rush / Mr. Big Mar 07, 2021
Gregory Linton This was the first time I saw them in the round, it was an amazing time to see them all on the stage at once, the interplay between Alan and Bill was perfect, also I gained a lot of respect for Trevor when he played one of Ricks songs on the guitar, they were great together. Love the mix of old songs, and the two separate Yes camps. Also as a amateur keyboard player I remember twice being stunned by Rick, one time was during the Roundabout solo when he had a pedal issue and got under the keyboard to fix it all the while crushing the solo with one hand, another eye opener was the beginning of Awaken, when he does the run down from the high octave all the way down to the other end of the keyboard, I thought I was something to be able to do that with two hands, he did it with one, I did attempt this later at home and failed miserably. Rick is the best. Love this show, it was so exciting that we returned the next day for the second show! Yes Mar 07, 2021
Partlo81 I caught one of Kris Kohls's (Videodrone) drum sticks. Korn / Rob Zombie / Videodrone Mar 07, 2021
