Deansy Currently re-listening to 'Maze featuring Frankie Beverly' greatest hits and it got me wondering - just how long is it since I saw them at the Playhouse ??. No surprise at finding its 40 years - like everything else now, the yeas are racing by !. But I remember that night, I'd been a fan since first hearing/seeing them as guests on a Christmas 'Morecambe & Wise' show and went out and bought their album at the time !. They did NOT disappoint that night, every one of them played great and Frankie's voice was just out of this world !. God - what I'd give to see them again ! Maze with Frankie Beverly Aug 18, 2025

Jack the Mack Best Who show I EVER saw. No frills, no background singers, orchestra ensembles, nothing but the Who, with Townsend finally back on electric guitar. And it w3as the last time Entwistle was alive to play in the Philly area, which makes this show bittersweet for me since I had seen "Da O"5 other times from large stadium shows in 1982, 89 and smaller venues, such as here in 97. This was priceless, a night caught in time frozen, when for one great clear cool night in NJ right over the bridge from Philly, the greatest live band ever, at 55, reached back as if they were 22 years old again. I'll never forget it The Who Aug 18, 2025
whatwouldjackdo The reason there’s no set list for Indigo Girls is they were never there. No mention of the band in any state fair promotions either. Fake news people Melissa Etheridge Aug 18, 2025
Blues-Lover Great show. Sweet Sally was wonderful. Great harmonies and music. AJ Lee and Blues Summit were awesome. Super musicians, great music and AJ's voice is amazing. It was cool to see all the musicians sing with great voices. Definitely will see again! AJ Lee and Blue Summit / Sweet Sally Aug 18, 2025

James Adams At this time I was helping The Voices book gigs locally. So was really excited they got this show. Christine McVie / The Voices Aug 18, 2025
James Adams Aerosmith is my favorite band. Seen them many times over the years and this show was terrible. They were stoned, drunk or both and it was noise that sounded a bit like Aerosmith. Aerosmith / Rose Tattoo Aug 18, 2025
