Shawn Moreton This was actually 'The Doors of the 21st Century' concert, and not 'The Cult'. Ian Astbury of the Cult was singing Doors tracks. Robby Krieger and Ray Manzarek from the Doors played, and Stuart Copeland (from The Police) played drums.  Shawn Moreton This was a Phish concert, and Santana played with them. Notes from the Phish website about the show: "This was an all ages, 1-set show opening for Santana. It was Phish’s 1st visit to this scenic, uncovered amphtiheatre located on the moutainside at Stowe Mountain Resort. For their homecoming on the Santana tour, Phish was joined during You Enjoy Myself, Llama, and Funky Bitch by Carlos Santana on guitar and Karl Perazzo and Raul Rekow on percussion. You Enjoy Myself lacked a vocal jam and instead featured a short percussion breakdown with the masters from Santana’s band. Though it was often soundchecked, this was the first live, public performance of Funky Bitch in nearly a year (since 10/15/91). While members of Phish were often invited to sit in with Santana (including this show when various Phish members guested on Help Me, Coal Train, Super Boogie and Hong Kong Blues), this was the only known Santana sit-in with Phish of the tour."  Shawn Moreton I consider myself very lucky to have been one of a handful of people in attendance for this show. I'll never forget it. I was captivated by Jeff's passion and voice. Priceless memory. Jeff Buckley Jun 19, 2025
