 stephenhuerta 02/10/2026 Update: Here it is January 10th, and my head is still spinning from the Godspeed You! performance in GDL. I’m sitting here listening to the playback of the recording I made that night, and I’m so amazed. I remember my friend Orlando telling me about the violinist grabbing you, and not let go. Orlando was right, after hearing the playback that violinist kicked some major ass. And yes, I record all my shows, utilizing a Zoom Stereo Recorder. So far all songs have clocked in at 10-11 minutes, which is fine by me. Something else I wanted to mention, Godspeed You! would definitely go over with a bang at a Prog Fest, because they are Progressive. My only regret is not getting in line at the Merch Table, I really wanted a Godspeed You! tote bag, definitely next time. Well, if anything else comes up, I’ll keep you posted. God Speed You!
