matsellah This was a fantastic show and while Hagar (well-loved in Chicago) set the tone, Scorpions definitely showed they were a headliner. The place ROCKED. A TON OF ENERGY. One of best concerts of my life. Scorpions / Sammy Hagar / April Wine Jan 23, 2026

JJJANISSS I had tickets to see The Cult that night with Billy Idol at Madison Square Garden, and the show got cancelled that day because of asbestos found in the ceiling. I then heard on WLIR radio that The Cult announced a last minute gig at The Ritz instead! My best girlfriend and I jumped in a borrowed pickup truck and immediately drove to The Ritz, got tickets, and then waited for hours until the show! Which was amazing! They trashed the stage at the end and I was grazed by the broken tambourine Ian threw out into the audience! We wore bkack stiletto pumps and all-black lace outfits. It was fun getting moved along with the crowd surge as everyone tried to rush the stage several times. I’ll never forget it. What a blast! The Cult Jan 23, 2026

MinneChristo MSSV is one of Mike Watt's bands. The Charlie Parr set was unique - he played as a trio with Greg Norton on bass and a drummer I don't know. The set was a 20 minute jam on a Bob Dylan tune. MSSV / Charlie Parr Jan 23, 2026

TomB Excellent night of Warren Zevon's songs performed by excellent Scottish musicians who have joined together to pay tribute to the man and his songs. Just brilliant, especially the main man Andy Lucas on vocals and keyboards, and Lyle Watt on the guitar (and all the others too). Great night! Young Adam Thom , the support act, was pretty good too. Unusual choice for Celtic Connections but well done to them too. Lawyers, Guns & Money Jan 23, 2026
