Cookie	The gig that night was incredible. SOLD OUT venue and the crowd were pumped for a night of classic Oils from early in their career, the 1979 Head Injuries album played in full plus a sonic onslaught of ball tearing favourites that peeled paint off the walls and left no one in attendance with any doubts that Midnight Oil were still relevant and important in our lives. The opening gambit of Cold Cold Change, Bus To Bondi and Naked Flame blew our minds and got us singing long into the night. I occasionally video called my mate Chris Hall in Canada for a few sing-a-longs which we all enjoyed, No Reaction and Chris’ favourite Stand In Line… The hits and fan favs kept coming including deep cuts like Outside World, Brave Faces, Powderworks, Run By Night and Lucky Country. They finished the night with Read About It which is where the place went absolutely mental… if you get a chance and love Oz rock, please go see these fellas.
