 gruberj Got to hang out at the concert wit Barry Schapiro, a guy I meet at a lot of these heavier shows. got a great spot for a moshing/surfing show - right on teh side where the barrier bends. White reaper were really good - great sound and energy - lead singer not very active but did notice me a few times - keyboard player is very active - 4/5 Drug church remains terrible - loud but not consistent energy - maybe the worst band I ahve ever seen twice? at least the guitarist was very active and crowd surfing was fun to watch. 1.5/5 Spy was really bad noise punk but did have crazy performers so entertaining - 2/5 Public Opinion was really good - sounds like a downmarket Hives - but lead singer is bad, unfortunately - might be worht seeing again - 3.5/5 White Reaper / Drug Church / SPY / Public Opinion May 04, 2026

 JG Muller Wow, un trio maximaliste, qui nous scotche avec des instrus kraut-psyché-blues d’une intensité jouissive. J’ai pensé, pour le son et la puissance potentielle, aux Faith Healers (un de mes meilleures concerts). Les musiciens assurent à mort, sans démonstrativité ; Ethan Miller, que je ne connaissais pas, était absolument excellent à la basse, jouant autour du temps avec maestria.  JG Muller Le projet se produit en duo, Mark Clifford et Daren Seymour. Clifford est effacé, manie guitare, pédales et ordi, Seymour à la basse (+ordi) développe une présence scénique surprenante, louvoyant, regardant le public avec défi, levant les bras en poses triomphales. Mais ses lignes de basse vrombissantes ont souvent tendance à me faire sortir des transes psychés-dub de la musique. Pas sûr qu’il soit bien en place. Il y a quand même un travail sonique impressionnant, mêlant drones et effets dubs. Je ne regrette pas et j’ai envie de revoir, il y a du potentiel. Seefeel / Echofarmer May 04, 2026
