 Ron LeSaar Good mix of old & new songs. The crowd was understandably more receptive to the oldies. Unfortunately, the sound at the Moore was muddy with scooped out mids, leaving the kick drum, cymbals, and xylophone to dominate the mix. Bass notes and the lower half of the piano were lost. Maybe it was the room, or the sound engineer, or the Moore's speakers, but most clarity was lost at the 10th row balcony. I didn't see any bass reflex cabs or horns in their array. Joe's voice was in fine shape and the percussionist was on fire. Encores were Scary Monsters and Steppin' Out. Real Men was a standout and the crowd's strong reaction please Joe. I wasn’t well on the day but travelled up from the West Country to see the gig..turned out it was shingles..that’s rock n roll for you..don’t think much of the support acts, but U2 were brilliant.  TheFakeItalian Took my daughter for her first concert..it was also my first very heavy metal/thrash metal..certainly an eye opener. The band was showcasing their album Subliminal verses, which was probably the only album of theirs I really liked, and I think it was produced by Rick Rubin. Burleigh Drummond — Ambrosia’s original drummer and percussionist. Also plays with his wife, Mary Harris, in Tin Drum. Mary Harris — Joined as a permanent touring member in 2012 after occasionally filling in earlier. She handles keyboards and vocals and has contributed arrangements and newer material for the band’s live shows. Doug Jackson — Guitarist since about 2000, brought in after founding singer/guitarist David Pack left touring with the band. Shem von Schroeck — Longtime associate and recurring member who has filled multiple roles over the years, including vocals, bass, percussion, keyboards, and drums.
