 Bruce Warren I was at the Neil Diamond Cow Palace Concert in February 1979. He started the concert with Forever in Blue jeans. He started the concert late because it had been raining and there were delays on the freeways for people getting to the concert. He was awesome. What a privilege to have heard him in person!  Ken Arber This was a replacement show. Originally Judas Priest had been booked as the headliner, however for reasons now lost to my memory they cancelled and UFO took the date. The ‘classic’ lineup: Phil Mogg, Pete Way, Andy Parker, Michael Schenker and Paul Raymond. I was stage front, no crush barriers in those days! As they tore into the opening number Phill Mogg jumped and his landing caused Schenker’s beloved white Flying V to fall out of its stand and the headstock snap clean off! The resulting and unsurprising ‘sulk’ that followed thankfully didn’t detract from the show with Schenker continuing with his black ‘V’. I also went Killing Joke gig, but can't for the life of me remember where?  JG Muller Pour la première présentation live de son album « La bande originale du film imaginaire d’Aurélie Muller », Aurélie se produit en formule live soundtrack, en solo. Chaque morceau fait l’objet d’images, tournées pour la plupart à Marseille. Aurélie ajoute sa voix et des parties instrumentales sur des pistes enregistrées. Elle joue du saxophone, de la basse, de la clarinette, du clavier et chante. Cela nous emmène dans un rêverie confortable d’une petite heure, exécutée avec beaucoup d’attention aux détails.  JG Muller C'est mon quatrième concert de Kim Gordon en environ 2 ans et celui que j'ai le moins apprécié. D’abord positionné au premier rang, j’ai eu l’impression de Kim Gordon alignait les morceaux de son nouveau disque en pilotage automatique, comme absente à elle-même. Son groupe a été remanié et je regrette l’absence de la bassiste Camilla Charlesworth, la musique ici m’a semblé moins groovy. Les titres de son album Play Me me semblent trop semblables. Alors oui c’est intéressant de voir jouée live avec instruments une musique qui est essentiellement une prod électro mais cela ne suffit pas à maintenir l’intérêt. Je me suis éloigné de la scène par la suite mais cela n’a pas complètement changé ma perception de la prestation. J’ai assisté à un geste artistique distant.
